Principal Viola Christopher Moore performs Britten’s Lachrymae, “a hauntingly beautiful piece that explores everything the viola has to offer”. Britten reflects on Dowland’s song Flow My Tears, shifting between Elizabethan and 20th century sound worlds.

Matthew Hindson, known for delivering high-octane exhilaration, is rapidly becoming Australia’s most successful young composer internationally. He’s writing a new work for Principal Double Bass Maxime Bibeau.
